Every year our city council produces a resolution with the SDC info for the year: https://www.philomathoregon.gov/media/861 After that comes out, we update a worksheet for residential so I just have to print one when I need it. Planning is supposed provide me with the worksheets for non-residential projects, but sometimes I have to track them down. The non-residential ones take some math, so I usually let the planners figure it out as they have to reference the submitted plans and methodologies to calculate the fees. When a project doesn't need all the line items, I depend on planning to let me know. The fees change for meter size on both water and sewer. Here's what we have on our website: https://www.philomathoregon.gov/planning/page/system-development-charges I'm attaching our worksheets. (We really want to upgrade them to spreadsheets, but haven't had the time to do so or to reach out to other jurisdictions for ones we could modify.) Here's a recent duplex which used residential: https://aca-oregon.accela.com/oregon/Cap/CapDetail.aspx?Module=Building&TabName=Building&capID1=25CAP&capID2=00000&capID3=0005Y&agencyCode=PHILOMATH Here's a new bank: https://aca-oregon.accela.com/oregon/Cap/CapDetail.aspx?Module=Building&TabName=Building&capID1=24CAP&capID2=00000&capID3=00088&agencyCode=PHILOMATH I enter the SDCs on the main building permit if they are being paid before issuance. If they are being deferred, I charge at least the water meter. The rest goes over to finance and deferral paperwork is signed before issuance. And copies of the worksheet are sent over to utility billing and PW for their next steps. We're a small jurisdiction so between me, planning, and public works we usually are on top of it all. Usually. :)
