Does anyone else complete their jurisdiction's Annual Housing Unit and Population Survey?

I'm struggling with the group quarters question and how I'm supposed to find out if we have facilities in town that meet the US Census definition of "group quarters". If they don't pull a permit, they wouldn't necessarily cross my desk. Someone somewhere should have the information and I can just snag it, right??

The only one I was aware of closed in 2022 and converted it back into a SFD in 2024. A new memory care center just opened, but they pulled permits for the remodel. Google says I might have at least four adult foster homes, but not if they meet the definition... I'm getting a headache from a report that I thought I had in the bag already. :)
