Welcome to the 2023 Oregon Permit Technicians Association Fall Education and Annual Business Meeting. We hope the past year has given you prosperity and confidence. This year's conference will be in Brooks, Oregon, the new home of Chemeketa's Building Inspection Technology Program. We are looking forward to continuing our partnership with them and engaging their ICC Chapter.

Registration Desk opens at 7:30 am each day for registration and breakfast.
Class sessions run from 8:30 am -12:00 pm and 1:00 – 4:30 pm, with lunch from 12:00 – 1:00.
