Certification Process:

Achieving your ICC Permit Technician Certification or any Certification can feel pretty overwhelming, but OPTA is here to help you or your entire jurisdiction through the process.

How can OPTA help you get certified? OPTA offers a full day Permit Technician Study Session Course during some of the conferences and in addition, we may be able to provide your jurisdiction or combination of local jurisdictions training outside of the conference.
