This is the first year for this award category and is presented to one state chapter that serves as a champion of the Code Council mission and inspires others to become Code Council leaders. OPTA has been awarded this honor due to all the hard work and dedication by our Board of Directors and membership. We are a Permit Tech Chapter that sets a high bar for excellence and are being recognized at the National level. This award will be presented by ICC Leadership during our ABM on Friday November 3rd.
